Description:
In order to understand my need, please look at Inxight's Star Tree Studio,
IHMC's CMAP tool, and the
PersonalBrain by Brain Technologies.
All are available as free/demo downloads.
I would like a program that has the "spherical" mobility/interaction, and the multi/extra-generational cockpit interface of Inxight, the ability to link objects with a linking word like CMAP, and for it to provide extra-(in addition to) parent/child relationships between objects(the Personal Brain by Braintechnologies has this particular capability www.thebrain.com/lowbrow/default.htm)But the Personal Brain locks you into only using certain axis points in their interface...Inxight's is unlimited. I want Inxight. Reply to me for clarification.
Notice the Personal Brain and Inxight's Star Tree Studio do not provide the capability of a linking word between objects. And the CMAP tool does not provide fluid, dynamic or "spherical/elliptical" interaction.
If we could combine the features of the 3, it would be great.
ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, the web site import features of Personal Brain and Star Tree Studio are NOT the features I am driving after. They would be icing on the cake, but absolutely NOT necessary. I want the concept/Object interaction piece.
I will pay between $150 and $500 for the best app. If possible, i would like the app portable to the web, but I wouldn't die on that hill... You coders can woo me with your best offer.
C# preferably because I am learning it, but I realize Java/OpenGL/Flash etc... might be my only choices
I expect to hear questions for clarification purposes.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows XP OS, Intranet optional (IE6).

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
