Description:
I need a component for being able to play gif files. This should do the same thing as the image component except it plays the gif instead of just showing it. It would only do so for animated gifs. If there is no animation, then it would just show the picture.

Deliverables:
The sample project and component to play gif files. The picture needs to be embedded instead of using the file name to make it easier to distribute and faster to load because it does not have to load from file.

Platform:
Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 20, 2003 EDT
