House Valuation Software System
I am a valuer and I am studying programming in the UK.
I have developed a valuation model that takes raw statistical house price data and analyses this to produce a property valuation.
The model is current in ASP and I need it to be have a property database that includes property phtographs and survey info, and the ability to to alter any valuation adjustment factors "on the fly".
A copy program that I have put together is on

In essence the application should - record property details
record statistical house price data by key location
allow adjustments to raw data to be made
provide valuation reports
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

This project has no deadline - I want it doing right and to be a market leader
