The following features are required: Admin area: 1) Change the menu structure and create additional pages that are linked to - by the menu 2) html editing of all pages created by 1) - (Restricted to between html body tags although meta tags, description and title should be exposed also) A guide for the db table fields can be found in attached file. 3) upload images and general assets that can be linked to - throughout the site (we have code for this which we can supply for integrated if required) 4) MS Access Backend Database (We have a good reasons for not using SQL or alternatives) 5) Newsletter functionality which allows the creation of templates to send emails or print. The insertion of 'template objects' should be built in - thus allowing the admin user to create templates that for example define a list of new products added to the website (This weeks new / hot products!). 6) Each product will have a standard image (ie 150 x 113 jpeg) and unto three additional images 7) Gallery creator: a Wizard based system that will allow for a photo gallery (Display one photo with next and prev options) to be added/ linked to any product. This gallery could have unto 15 photos (large 640x480 ish). 8) The database will contain on average 150 products, these will need to be imported on an individual basis inserting photos as needed but in addition to this a CSV/XML import process would be required to facilitate easy data imports. If possible the local location of photos could be specified at time of import and the system would grab them along with the CSV file. If not possible to import photos in a batch then all new products could be required to be verified or validated and at this point the photo could be added. In any case this import process and all the admin will need to run in a web browser - (we might consider an ActiveX control) 9) The database will need to be backed up via CSV or XML export to a local computer(local to the admin user) 10 The database will also record insert dates and amendment dates and log each time a product is viewed.
