Description:
In this exercise you will create an abstract class and three classes that implement the abstract class. A developer of residential tract houses wants to create a class to represent the houses that are being built at a specific tract. Three different models of homes are being constructed at the tract. These models are named Barcelona, Madrid and Rio.----(I will send and Demo.exe that shows the completed form for the exercise.

1.Create an abstract class named House with the following properties and methods: Name(String),GarageCount(Integer),Rooms(Integer)and Price(Single).
2.Create three classes to implement the abstract class. Name these classes Barcelona, Madrid, and Rio
3.Create the implementation for these three classes as follows: Each class should support a Name property to store the address of the house being built.
4.Each class should support a GarageCount property to store the size of the garage for the particular house. The Barcelona and Madrid houses can have either a two- or three-car garage, but the Rio house can have only a two-car garage.
5. Create another property named Rooms to stor configurations of the house's rooms. The Barcelona can have four bedrooms,or three bedrooms and a den. The same is true for the Madrid. The Rio can have four bedrooms, three bedrooms and a den, or two bedrooms, a den and a master suite.
6. Create a method named Price. The price of the home is based on a formula derived from the model and the number of cars that can fit in the garage. The base price is $120,000,$130,000,and$140,000 for the Barcelona, Madrid, and Rio options, respectively. The three car garage option costs an additional $1500.
7.Save the class modules using the names Chapter.09\Exercise\Barcelona.cls Chapter.09\Exercise\Madrid.cls, and Chapter.09\Exercise\Rio.cls
8.Create a form to add houses using the techniques shown earlier in this chapter. Use your imagination to create a robust user interface to add houses and set their properties.
