This program will be distributed as a 'patch' in the form of a zip file or a CD-ROM and must exist in self contained executable which requires no associated files for the program to run. 2. Attempt to register these files and list any failures to register in a log file with the associated error. 3. Be as close to 'bulletproof' as possible, which means that the program has a high chance of success registering the .dlls or .ocx files in networked environments where user permissions can be varied. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. This would provide complete error log for cases where the components could not get registered.
