Any extra space is filled by a color of my choosing. Deliverables: a) accepts gif, bmp, jpg files - rejects the photo if its not one of these formats b) resize it proportionally until one dimension is less than 300 pixels. c) once file is uploaded, it will 1) check to make sure its an acceptable format, 2) check the size of photo, 3) if its too big, convert the photo proportinally to fit in a 300x300 square, 4) compress to less than 50kb, 5) output the photo in JPG, 6) save the file to our photo directory with a unique file name. d) compression f) works with a site written in ASP g) email and documentation support for installing it h) max price of $100 i) saves it to my hard drive Special Conditions / Other: Need it within a week or so. Preferably want to deal with someone who has it built already and just needs to modify it slightly. It allows artisans to upload photos of their work, resizes the photos and stores them in a special folder. Points about your request: (1) I can not gaurantee that the compressed JPEG is 50KB or smaller (2) My site only accepts JPEGs, but I am sure I can modify it to accept GIF and BMP.
