Description:
Looking for a programmer or a team of programmers that will be able to quickly create something similar to ShopperHouse.com, a CANADIAN price comparison shopping engine, that would be upgradable/entensible in the future. It has to do everything that ShopperHouse.com does including allowing users to rate the stores. A US example of something similar would be PriceGrabber.com. A list of stores to be included in the engine is also attached.
We're looking for a long-term relationship with the programmer(s) since we have a couple more projects and extensions we'd like to add. Full details can be found in the attached .zip file. Realistically, based on our budget and time constraints, we're looking for about 80-90% of the listed functionality to launch with.
For your bid, please be sure to state the cost and time required for completion. Please note that documentation is also required. Good communication skills are also a must and brief project updates must be provided at least on a weekly basis. References of similar large projects would be a great asset. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask.
If you cannot handle this project, PLEASE do not bid... we had someone on the project before who simply could not handle it and we don't want it to happen again.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Documentation on how the program works, how to modify settings, etc.
5) 30 days support for any questions, etc.
Platform:
Must run on a Unix/Linux based server. PHP pages with mySQL backend.
Final product needs to be viewable in Netscape 4+, IE 3+, Opera 4+.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 15, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Phased completion for the project is a possibilty. Earlier delivery is of course preferred.

We had developed several site in php/ mysql and you can see as we are holding top rank on this site from last 8-9 months and this only due to the reson we deliver our work what we promise.. yes some time some mishappen occur and it make project get delay for day or so, but it happen once in blue moon but that is part of life. I assure you that i will be doing your project in shortest time frame and in best manner ..
