Admin Section: He would need the ability to create and delete new users- Functionality: The user would sign in- browse for and upload their large file to the server- At this point, an email would be sent to the administrator that user #- has uploaded their file and it is ready to be downloaded. The administrator would then log in - he would be able to view all accounts - and download and upload files to client folders- The panel would display the last modified date next to each file in the folder. Uploading files from administrator: Uploading the same file to a folder would write over the pre-existing file. The administrator will upload a file from a form- in it, he will pick the client he wishes to upload to- browse for the file on his system, - In a text field he will enter a numeric value displaying dollars and cents. This is to serve as a check for the client- after the client downloads and opens the file, they open it up in the proper program and double check the number value to make sure they are working on the updated version of the file. Once the administrator hits upload data, an email will be sent to the user with the number check and a message that their financial file is ready. The possibility exists that the customer may want to upgrade in the future to a secure SSL. Bidders should have experience with SSL certificates and security so I will be able to hire you again for the changes. I have designed some of the interface. See attached image for screen cap. I would like to finish this project in a short period of time for the previous coder backed out for personal issues and left me stranded and my client angry. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: The windows hosting account supports com objects, .net and SSL although the client does not want to use SSL yet. He is going to base the decision to upgrade to SSL on his client&'s response.
