Description:
i must have 3 forms each form must be linked via a command button (next). Form 1 will be a calculator used to calculate months worked using start/end of employment,also starting salary/finishing salary (find average)divide this average by 12 and multiply by amount of YEARS worked.This total sum should be displayed in a text box as cash lump sum available after retirement/redundant.
Form 2 shall be used to access names and details of employees using there payroll numbers the user inputs the number then name and details, this is then saved using a command button this in turn is written to A drive floppy disk where the user can access details.The user does this by typeing payroll number. In the text box used to store names there should be enough space to store small amounts of details.When the user ends the program the details shall be stored on floppy disk.
Form 3 shall be a form used to calculate amount of holidays an employee is eligable if they have worked at the company for 0 to 1 years = 21 days 1 to 2 years = 22days and so on until employee has reached 10 years + then they are at the maximum of 30 days per annum, this shall be done using check boxes, one for each category of years worked .The total of holidays eligable should be displayed in a text box along with "youre holiday entitlement is "
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Pc home computer.I am running windows xp profesional as long asthe program can be saved onto floppy disk and ran on another pc that will be fine.

if a coder lives in ENGLAND this would be an advantage but anywhere in the US is fine as long as they can get the programto me in England
