Description:
We require a program written in Delphi 7 that allows the user to select a drive or folder, and it will log folders, file types and sizes.
The user can then choose to view a list of folders from the largest to the smallest (double clicking on a folder will launch it in Windows explorer), or they can choose to see a list of file types in the top half of the screen (again from the largest total size to the smallest total), clicking on a file type will show a list of files in the bottom of the screen of that particular type (again from largest to smallest). A resize bar should be between them.
Where a file type is a known one, it should show the “friendly name”. I.e. instead of showing .zip, should show “Winzip file”.
Option should be given whether or not to scan hidden and system files.
In each case, user can click on file(s) or folder(s) and select Launch (if there is an application associated with it, or it is executable), or Delete.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Interface should be neat, tidy and easy to use.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
