The programmer could simply add a drop down field to the form with the following rights: 1 - administrator of order system - edit, enter, delete and revise rights for all offices plus can see the whole report 2 - office administrator - enter rights for a specific office - can see ONLY their office&'s report 3 - order enterer - enter rights for a specific office - can see ONLY their offices&'s report 4 - Report viewer - views but no entry/edit/delete rights Data Entry Screen 2: A monthly calendar could be displayed and the person just edits the calendar for the day based on their rights or a screen with the following 4 fields . . . whichever you have the code for: date current logged in user office (defaulted to specific office for user types 2 or 3/drop down for user type 1) order daily total for office Data Entry Screen 3: Holiday calendar for dates to exclude on report as workdays and for notification. Administrator can edit/change/delete dates. Data Display Screen 1: ASP report by current month, current year and date range based on current Excel report. NR displays for offices with previous days Not Reported and Blank for current/future days not reported yet. Notification System: A reminder e-mail is sent to the Office Administrator (type 2 user) when by 9:30 a.m. on Monday - Friday the report for the previous work day has not been sent. We have ASPmail installed on the server. 3 right columns have the total for all offices per day, a running total for the month and number of workdays so far in the month. We have not donw same kinda of script before but we are very confident that the work is very straight forward and can be done very quickly.
