The volunteer activities need to be able to change based on entries into the database, I would like the ability to scan the registration form and have the ability to view and print the form in connection to the data, Change all references to the school name in the labels to pull from the database so each school can enter their name and then have the system populate it in the screens. I need all the reports and labels already in the system to be in the application. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
