Description:
This is the first of 2 or 3 website projects I will doing for my clients all in near furture. The winner will be used for all 3 projects.
My first client has recently changed its business-name and hence decided to re-design its existing website. The company's current website is: www.loanlogicmortgage.com
The name of the company used to be Loan Logic.
The new company name is: Lender Logic and the new domain name will be: www.lenderlogic.com
This is the site that we will build.
I need the coder to develop a fresh & modern "look and feel" for the site and make it look more professional with nice design. I need nice graphic navigation buttons with nice mouse-overs. (I need the source for these graphics in Photoshop format so I can change the buttons and texts later if needed).
We are going to use the same logo (red roof & chimney, ...) and also the two cartoon pictures that are on the main page of www.loanlogicmortgage.com. I have enclosed the new logo to be used and also the two cartoon pictures.
Color: the main color for the site should be the "red" that is used in the logo attached.
Links: Use the existing navigation and text but with the new look. I need all the HTML pages to be created with existing text so I can edit "only the text" later.

The client likes the layout & narrow graphic lines that are used on the white space surrounding the text. I need some design like that(but in "red").
I must see at least 2 possible screenshot demos for your proposed design. If I like it, I will make up my mind very quick.
PHP: I also need a "form" to be implemented: name, address, email, ... I have sample PHP code already that does what I want. I need that integrated in this site.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Photoshop source files (PSD) for all graphics and Navigation buttons & mouse-overs.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

NEED TO SEE AT LEAST 2 POSSIBLE SCREEN SHOT DEMOS USING THE LOGO AND THE TWO PICTURES (CARTOONS) I SUPPLIED.

This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
