Description:
I need a custom form validation script for my site. I went to the following site and found some scripts but I need a little of each one combined with some custom programming.

This is for the following web page to be validated:

What I need is:
1) Validate every text type field is filled that has the word "required" at the beginning of the field name. Example - name="requiredCustomerName"
2) There is a stipulation to the above. The Names for each head only has to be filled out if the Head # is selected. There are 7 heads available to be chosen and if only the first 2 are chosen, the last 5 head names do not have to be filled out.
3) Validate the Hair Color and Skin Tone is chosen IF a head number was selected. Each head you can choose the hair color and skin tone - these are required for each head that is selected in the Head #.
4) The Quantity radio buttons - one of them MUST be chosen.
So basically all form text fields with "required" added to the name must be entered, head name must be entered only for heads selected, hair color and skin tone must be selected for heads picked, and the quantity radio button must be selected.
I need this script very fast so please only bid if you can do it now and already know how to do this.

| Hey i'm very good at javascript and could have this script wrote for you very quickly. I'm going to start on it right after i get done submitting this bid. And will let you know when i have it completed. I have done lots of javascripts to validate forms before, so i'm very good at doing these scripts.
