In VB 6.0 I am creating a basic activex for learning purposes. All it does right now is let me click a button to change the caption of a label. What I am trying to do it pass in a parameter from the web site where the control is launched from. I have a property called IP_Address which is defined as a string. I tried using the Param code to pass it in but maybe I am even reading it wrong in the control. I need someone to create a basic activex like this above with the IP_Address string property, create a CAB file with the deployment app that comes with VB 6.0 and change the HTM page to pass in a param to load in the IP_Address. In the control when you click a command button, I want to load the IP_Address parameter value into a label. Thats it. That will be enough to show me what I need to do and what i am doing wrong. I assume I can pass in several params also if needed if I have more properties. I need this asap so only bid if you can do it now and also have tried to make sure your doing it right also.
