It will be dynamic and allow you to create as many blocks as you want - in as many rows and columns as you need. The code will be compatible with both IE 5+ and NS 6+. You will get all necessary details for creating blocks dynamically from a database and if you have a problem I will be available to help you. I have attached a small sample to the bid. It's an HTML file that will show a box and allow you to drag it. It's made for Internet Explorer. Note that this is just a sample, it's not necessarily code that will be used for your project.
