There was a good timer on an old site "WinMag.com" (http://www.techweb.com/winmag/columns/powertools/ptcount.htm) ... but it is gone ... What I want/need is simple to complex. A countdown timer that will run and notify of pending doom (due projects). How you notify can be a series of Beeps or Bells or sending a "popup, via windows message" (with the option of turning them off) ... all else is simple Title will be "AE Tallinn Countdown Timer" (or something lame like that, as long as "AE Tallinn" is in there. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. The program would auto-start with Windows, loading existing alarms on load. Alarms which are past when loaded (but not alerted yet) would be displayed at this time, otherwise, a pretty pop-up form would appear on top of all other windows in the corner of the screen, flash a few times, and then wait to be dismissed (or you could have it auto-dismiss if you want.)           See 5 private reply(ies) to/from Code-dependant.
