Description:
Note: the program design/options described below are not absolute if you have better or timesaving ideas.

I need a program that allows a person to access their PC from a remote location. It should have the following features:
1- Ability to view/browse directories and file structure
2- Ability to transfer files
3- Ability to transfer screenshots
4- Ability to transfer mouseclicks (mouse control)
5- Ability to transfer keystrokes (keyboard control)
6- Local machine can send email informing user of ip address when internet connection detected
7- Password is required to access the local machine
8- Data transfer is encrypted

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

4) Manual installation instructions so that buyer can repackage the software with any setup/installation package.

Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed within 20 days of bid acceptance, and prototype provided during the first week.

Hello!
This sounds like the perfect project for me. I have lots of experience with all areas of Visual Basic 6, and especially Winsock. (I run www.WinsockVB.com). I have built such applications before (one of the first programs I wrote was one to remotely control a PC) and can do so again.
The last program I completed on RAC was a complete email application, and this included sending and receiving emails, so the IP notification will be simple. As for the screenshot and mouse/keyboard control, I have worked extensively with the Win32 API, and have performed all of these actions before in previous applications.
I have most of the code for this application ready, so I am very confident of fulfilling your deadline. The quicker you accept my bid, the quicker I can get started and complete it. Your description was very clear, and I am sure I understand exactly what you want; and am confident I can give it to you.
