Description:
I am creating a content management system. This system uses php and mySQL. Some work has been done, but I am finding that my limited knowledge is causing me many hours to debug things that an experienced coder could likely perform in less time.
I seek someone to complete some specific coding tasks. I will provide access to my site and detailed instructions of what I would like accomplished. I will not require documentation of how things are completed, but would like in-line comments so I can follow along.
Deliverables:
1) A working Content Management System based on a specified design, some of which is already in place.
2) An authentication system for the CMS that has not been created in the least.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
PHP4
mySQL
Remote management via FTP on an online server. You can work off line, however, that is your choice and I do not want to pay for setup time of such systems.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I am fairly flexible, but I would like to have communications in evenings/weekends via phone. Email will be another effective communication method for me.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
