Description:
I need a simple program created. Entire specs are attached to this bid as is what ive done so far on the project. I just need the graph portion added. You can resize it or whatever needs to be done. Id also prefer that the font be MS Sans Serif, that would require adjusting the format of the data in the display box. This is not required but it is a preference. Pretty much I want what is found at the above link. You can start from scratch or whatever you want.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
