This will require the setup of a database (SQL) and ASP script or scripts to communicate with the server. I will handle all of the Flash design and actionscripting. But before I go into exactly what I need, here is a brief overview of what I plan to do: 1. I want users to come to my site and choose a swf template. 2. Then they will enter in all of their information that will be incorporated into the swf that they picked. This info will include a good amount of text and a user name/password. Then this info will be sent to the database. 3. The user will then choose a name for their directory. For example, if John Smith chooses ?Smith? for his sub-directory, it will create that sub-directory after my site?s URL, i.e. www.mysite.com/smith 4. I need ASP to create a new page that will be diplayed when people go there( mysite.com/smith), this page will have an embedded swf associated to the user. The swf will load the variables from the database. Tech note: This swf will be associated to the user by incorporating their user ID to the embed and param tags, ie. <EMBED src="flash.swf?userID=smithID> 5. Next, I need a login for the users of my site to come and modify their sites and send revised changes to the database. 6. I will also need an admin for me to access and change info on the database. I will need to option to delete users and set status from active to inactive. 7. I will need a search box on my site that when people are looking for a certain user, they can enter their name and find a link that will take them to the correct site. 8. And finally, I want users to have the ability to upload jpegs and other files to the server, and have these files associated with the users site. The JPEGS will need to be optimized and possibly re-sized. I know there are ASP components that can do this. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. A user comes to the site and picks out a swf. ? They modify the swf. They choose a subdirectory (mysite.com/smith). ? They upload a jpeg and pdf to be associated with the swf they chose ? They have the option of changing it any time by logging in ? A user goes to my site and forgot their subdirectory. They enter ?smith ? in a search box. A list of smiths come up. They click on the right link. It opens mysite/smith ? I want to change the status of someone?s site, I go to my admin, and make it inactive. I didn?t mention it above, but there will actually be two swf?s. One will be for setting up the site (input text) and the other will be for displaying the site (dynamic text).
