Hello!!
I would like to bid on your project, as it appears on first reading to be within
my area of expertise. But, in order to place a bid, I'd need a list of exact
requirements that you have, which would enable me to compile an accurate time/cost
estimation.
I've been programming in VB for nearly four years now, and consider myself proficient
with graphics, and the GDI32 API. I can perform real time pixel manipulation with
memory mapped techniques, and can deal with sprites, transparency, etc..
You can check my feedback on RAC, and you'll see that I really do deliver what I promise :)
Regards,
Will
