| Dear Tevy Merin,
I am very interested in doing this project for you. Yesterday night i have gone thru the papers attached and concluded that i would take around 7hrs-10Hrs of my time to complete the project.
Unfortunately I have meeting with my professor regarding my research work. I have more than an year experience with Matlab, while doing my courses in Advanced ImageProcessing, some Simulations & Analysis similar to current project.
I am confident of completing the task successfully. I am free from now until another 20hrs.. so if you find me interesting then i would be glad to help you out in this situation. You figure 4 problem will be done within 5 hrs of time.
I am looking forward to working with you on this project. waiting for your reply ...

Dear Tevy Merin,
How you doin? I have gone through the complete paper twice indetail, before writing this to you.
I got only one question. Is that okey if I get you the SIR and BER or do I need to write / simulate all that mentioned in Paper??
If you want me to simulate whats all the paper does mention then please find some other guy. Cause Its project that takes more than 2-3 days of time .. means that my charges would be much more than $200.
If you dont need the entire paper to be simulated and just fine with the calculated values of BER and SIR then I would be glad to help you out. But no cutdown in tbe bid, cause I would get only 85% of what I place here and the rest goes into Rentacoders fee. Since this part itself would take 15-20 hrs $150 is a fair amount. If you are interested then get back to me. Anyhow if this is what you want then anyway its goin to be completed by Wed Night. bye

Yes, you are right.
I have gone through the paper for third time today. Most of
them are clear except for the few questions. After thorough analysis of the
paper I have found that there is not much information is available about some
of the parameters that are required for calculation of the SIR and BER values.
Regarding SIR formula
- The ROW (m,p), complex value attenuation, formula in the numerator of
the SIR formula is not clear. And moreover I didn't find any information
on paper how to calculate that.
- Similarly there is not much information given for TOW(n,p), path delay.
- There is no information given about the BER formula
- Can i assume that DELTA(n) = 0, as the graph is only for worst case in
algorithm 1. If not let me know what value should i use.
- And Np is also not give.
once I have all these information I cam complete the project.
Please let me know about them as soon as possible so that, I will have enough
time to complete the project.
PS: If you have al these information ready then your next step must be - accepting my bid.
