This application must be able to open Tiff, gif, jpeg, bmp, png, ico and wmf and other popular image formats. The application must be able to resize the opened image at a height of 300 pixels and changing the width automatically (the dimenisions have to be in pixels) and allow the user to save for web, saving as a jpeg at 72 dpi and 300 pixels height. The criteria such as: 300 pixels height and automatic width change and save as jpeg at 72 dpi will be default setting within the save for web option. This application will also need an advanced user option which will let the user change the default settings, image format, pixel height or width and dpi to what ever the user wishes and then let them save for web. This application will also need a save as option where the user can save an image from one image format to another(i.e.popular image formats).The defualt setting along with the advanced user option will apply here also.I would like to add a batch processing option but will need to talk to the coder that accepts this bid request about this option. The application is for users with little or no computer training and will be used to show how to save and resize images, so a help option is required. I've attached two images in a zip file entitled Images. List of images: start up.jpg Airm.jpg I would like the image entitled start up.jpg to be the splash screen and Airm.jpg to be the applications icon and desktop icon.
