Quick job! Make these HTML tabs work

Description:
Attached you will find an HTML file and 4 graphics files. We want these tabs to work. The text for the 2nd and 3rd tabs are in the comments in the HTML. The graphics for the 2nd and 3rd tab are in the images folder. This shouldn't be more than an 15 minutes of work for a quick coder.
ASP is ok to use
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
HTML, must work in IE 4.01+ and Netscape 4.0+ and above.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Oct 19, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
