Another IE Toolbar in VB

Description:
I notice a lot of Requests for IE Toolbars in VB. I am not aware what is possible here so correct me if I am wrong. Can I have a Toolbar in IE that contains 4 Buttons,
The First two for a general Link to Websites
The Third and Four to send a username and password to a site, fill it in and open the page. Like for Example Hotmail or another online Mail server?
The information for these Buttons would be changable using a Registry Setting from another VB App.

Yes easy. However with the login you'd either have to have the predefined url's to send the username, password to for instance hotmail has one such url where you can send the information and login. But yeah a simple project
