Description:
An application that will handle encrypting data and sending it to other IP address. The application will access a secondary client that will provide ip address & encryption keys.

Summary of the functions needed:

Primary Client application
A) Houses User ID, current IP, and encryption keys
B) Provides data requests from secondary client applications

Secondary Client application
A) Get User, IP and encryption keys from Primary Client
B) Build encrypted data file for transport
C) Transport encrypted data file to specified IP Address from other Secondary clients
D) Receive encrypted data files from other Secondary Clients
E) Provide a list of Users that are currently online
F) Provide Instant messaging services

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
