Website Design - Look and Feel - MakeOver
It works now, I need your help to make it LOOK Good!
This is a single, Very simple web page that requires formatting and layout of text, graphics etc. The forms (coding) portion is completed and it's posting data as required, I just need it to look GOOD!
If you're a FAST Pro at punching in page formats, color, graphics, text around my code with style, you're who I'm looking for.
Bottom Line, Make me look good and your future looks busy ;-)

What I need:
1) Complete and fully-functional web page.
2) No outside Libraries/tools to be used.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
We play on Linux but since this is standard HTML, play on whatcha' know.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
