Description:
It's a simple C++ project on creating files for the main program. The whole thing is about clock. It shouldn't be much of a problem but I need it done asap - the latest by this Thursday (Sept 12) probably noon (US Eastern Time). Though it's only one day, this shouldn't be too difficult.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Completed by Thursday 9/12/2002 probably by noon US Eastern Time. The date above is set because the computer doesn't accept 9/12.
