Description:
Hi There,
I need an event in vb called :
FileChanged(ByVal Filename as string)
This event must alert me when a file is changed (ie. when a file is saved) (in a directory and all of the subdirectories). That means that if I want to monitor C:\ I want to be notified of the whole hard drive! I don't need this to alert me when a file is deleted nor a file created, just when a file is changed.
There should be two other procedures implemented in the code (your choice of DLL, ActiveX, whatever):
StartChangeMonitor(ByVal Folder as string)
StopChangeMonitor
I would like to know the approach that is used, ie API, or some technique.
A demo would definetly get you the job!

All Win Platforms, However Win Nt platforms are of importance here.
