Description:
I have a VB application that uses 2 Access Databases!
I wish to create a Backup and Restore function for the Program! Currently i am just having the program copy the 2 databases to a user specified location! what i am looking to do is to have the databases placed copied in to a new folder (I can do this) and then have the program zip the folder! Also need the code to uncompress the folder! My concern is that not all users may have certain compression tool on their system.
For ease for me to implement this into my application set the code up in the following sub names (compressdbs and uncompressdbs)
In your quote i require the cost to do it, what compression tool you will use to do this task, time frame to complete the task, and how you can be sure that this WILL work on all operating systems no matter what the user has installed (or does not have installed)
I am looking for a completion date asap...More work may follow!

Hello, my name is Jan Krumsiek.
I attached a small program (only binaries yet for my own protection) which compresses all text files in the applications folder, creates a new folder and decompresses the files into that folder.
The program uses Info-Zip's free/open-source zip and unzip tools.
I think this is quite how you want your program to be.
If you accept my bid, just tell me what the program is excactly supposed to do and I'll write the code in about one day or less.
