Description:
I need a program that will need to import two rows of data an ACCT number field and a MULTIPLIER field. When the data is uploaded you press a key and screen fills out like a bingo board all the ACCT numbers, when you start the random sequence of choosing a winning number the program must take into consideration the amount of times an account number is present and cycle through all of the ACCT numbers to finally choose a winner, on the screen each number that is not qualified must disapear and the winning number will remain. The graphics used to represent this must be funa and happy.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Running in Windows 2000 and above, Visiual Basic with a Macromedia front end etc.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
