Description:
I require a PHP (4.x) script that will:
1) Have a central folder to store download http://mysite.com/download which can only be accessed via a url like: http://mysite.com/download.php?file=name. The directory would otherwise be unaccessible (I use Apache on FreeBSD).
2) Have the script record incoming connection info (date, time, etc.) into either a log file and/or a mysql database.
3) Optionally spit out an email to notify that the download had taken place.
Future enhancement requests very likely.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
This would be running on FreeBSD-4.6 with Apache-1.3.x and PHP-4.x.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
This is a relatively simple project, so it could be completed much earlier.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

No problem, this is an easy project and can be done in a few days.
For experience I have developed a user account creation system for the web site joyagra.com that is based in PHP and MySQL. Additionally, I have plenty of experience developing web applications in other languages besides PHP.
