Description:
When this project is complete, I will be able to use the prototype Input form and the two modules requested to store and retrive data from any Access 2002 table by completeing the parameters then calling the module.

Program Requirements

1) Open Create A table
2) Open Create an input form for data
3) Store changed data using a created module with parameters
4) On request retrieve stored data for a specified "Use Date"
5) Load the requested data in a record and display the record
6) Load the requested data in the input form
7) Store changed data ( Buttons store, cancel
8) Option to list all records in the file

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
