All source code is required and no 3rd party controls please. All features are required listed below. Work cannot be accepted unless you can have all features included. I have had 2 coders do the job and neither one included all of the features. And all features must work with Windows 95/98/ME/2000. The baloon should be available in 2 diffrerent shapes: Comic where the corners are rounded with an arrow pointing to the control and also Baloon shape where it is shaped more circle with a couple small circles down to the control like you are thinking. I need the following color options: BackgroundColor, FontColor, BorderColor and ShadowColor. I need a shadow for the baloon with ShadowWidth and ShadowDirection available. I also need to paint the hint in gradient with the properties: GradientStart and GradientEnd along with GradientDirection (vert. or hori.) Also need a Picture property so I can place a bitmap wallpaper in the baloon. So a property of BackgroundStyles needs to be added as Solid, Gradient or Wallpaper. Please see the attached file for examples. Deliverables: Complete source code for the whole project. No third party controls can be used. Special Conditions / Other: I need this as soon as possible.
