Description:
The problem is , i'm not sure if i'm getting the right output. And i was having a problem with the decryption part, and don't want to sit for hours something that is right in front of my face. I attached a file of the skeleton program and erased most of the stuff i had in before, making it easier for you to comprehend.I don't wan't any of the function prototypes changed. All the comments are in the program telling you what to change and what not to.
If you're able to bid, great.
I'd be thankful.If you got any questions feel free to ask.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
I'd like it earlier than 4 pm central time, today.
