Description:
Hi There,
I require two procedures for file transfer... these procedures are:
A winsock1_DataArrival procedure and a SendFile procedure.
The file that is to be sent is a binary file of a certain record type. I require to transfer this file from one pc to another using the SendFile procedure and recieving this file with the DataArrival procedure.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
All win platforms
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be delivered in a few hours of acceptance of bid.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hello Joshyy,
The above amount is for doing two procedures for file transfer using winsock(winsock1_DataArrival procedure and a SendFile procedure). The SendFile procedure will anable you to transfer a file from one pc to another and DataArrival procedure will enable recieving this file.
Since you requested this be delivered in a few hours of acceptance of bid , may i request you to close this BID at your earliest ( It is about 11.20 am in Malta and preferably before 2.30 pm Malta time on 07/24/2002).
