UK Fruit Machine Simulator

Description:
I have a game called Reel Fruity which is based on UK Fruit Machines http://www.handy-productions.com/reel.htm
I would like it to be redeveloped as follows:
The game should start as a multiple choice, random order quiz game: 1 question, 4 answers, 1 right, 3 wrong. (I already have the questions in Excel format, they would need to be converted to some sort of binary file format that can be read by delphi without plugins, and that the user can't cheat and find the right answers!)
The user "earns" credits by getting correct answers (if he gets the wrong answer he doens't lose credit, but is shown the correct answer).
Once the user has sufficient credits he can play the fruit machine part.
The only thing I like about the existing version (which I wrote myself 3 years ago!) are the reels and the way they move. I still have the original JPEGs for them.
I would like the screen to look much more like a real fruit machine (though not a specific one because of copyright).
Most importantly the gameplay should be more realistic / exciting (currently too easy!).
I would like the reels and the fruitmachine to load from JPEGs so that the user can edit them if they wish (though this should only be a feature of the registred version, in demo mode it should do a CRC check and reject them if they have been modified).
It should also give choice of currency between Dollars, Pounds, Euros and Yen.
I have the Delphi 3 source code if that helps, however it uses a graphics component that is no longer available, and I can't find the original install at present.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows

Hi,
We have looked your bid and the sample Reel Fruit (http://www.handy-productions.com/reel.htm)
We think that we can develop an application like you want: 'much more like a real fruit machine', with realistic and funny features. We estimate total time of developing in 3 weeks, finishing without problems before deadline.
We would develop an demo app and full version, like you want. We can add options for load question & answer kits (may be thematicals, what you think?).
Your previous source code may be an extra tool at design time of the new application.
If you want, we can send you some examples of previous interfaces that we have developed for multimeda applications.
We hope that this offer looks good for you.
Thanks,
Mauro Fernández Palavecino RM Informática
