Simple DHTML menu

Description:
I need a simple DHTML menu for IE5+. All I need is 3 menus:
File (with 1 option - logoff) Add Record (with x options that link to a URL) Search (with x options that link to a URL).
If there are too many options to fit on the screen then it should be able to scroll, or create a second column for example.
There should be no need for graphics, and code should be as compact as possible. Menu should be quite compact, if it looks like a windows menu then so much the better!
Colors, font and menu options should be configurable in one place.
It does NOT require submenus, graphics, configurable direction etc.
MOST IMPORTANTLY - it should be ORIGINAL work and not a hacked public domain script (I have already been stung in this way!)
Time is of the essence, I really need working code by 20th July! Only bid if you think you can deliver by then!
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
IE 5+
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jul 20, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be complete by July 20th.
MUST BE ORIGINAL WORK!
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
