Description:
College project to design a loan company that accepts or rejects applications depending on certain criteria.
An applicant's details get measured against various criteria with points awarded for undesirable details. different amounts of points are issued against vriteria depending upon the significance of the data.
Age - <25 Add 3points/ 25-35 Add 1 point/ >60 Add 2 points
Income - £0 Add 10 Points/<£10,000 Add 5 points/ £10,000 -£15,000 Add 2 points/£15,000 - £20,000 Add 1 point
Time in present occupation - Unemployed add 5
Points/<2years add 3 points/2-5years add 1 point
Residence - Owner - add 1 point/ Rented add 3 points/ Living with parents add 2 points
Warrington Postcode - WA2,WA5,WA7 add 2 points / WA1 add 1point
Time at current residence - <2years add 3 points / 2-5 years add 1 point
Any elements not covered accrue 0 points
If applicant has credit rating of 11 or more reject application. If credit rating is less than 11 more information is required , such as period of the loan (12 or 24 months).
The cost of the loan is 10% if required over 12 months and 12% is over 24 months. This is added to the loan.
The applicants net montly income and total monthly outgoings are taken into account. If the monthly repayment is more than 25% of disposable income (net income - outgoings), then the application is rejected. If the repayment is less than or equal to 25% the the loan is granted and a form is produced and printed with the relevant information, including the loan and repayment amounts.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Working on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows 98 and Windows XP. Internet Explorer 4.0 and above.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
