For example if you were to click type in the word “construction” in the search box 2000 records. You would notice that in the results box it would go though all the folders and find the results. However there would be a “Ÿ” character representing all of the records and would only pull up the first records image regardless of whether it was correct or not. Current Needs: To implement an external “HTML text” Search engine in Microsoft Access that has the following capabilities. · Type a word(s) and have it search though hundreds to thousand of HTML files depending on filtered records. These files will be in multiple folders and should be addressable by the databases records. Search results should be able handle more than 10000 Results. · We want in the results unbound box to display the following fields: The Project (root file name), Page location, Line that the word(s) was found on. · To be able to double click on the line item in the unbound results box and pull up the file and page (DDE linked). Please refer to the attached Database.zip, supportfiles.zip and Desc.doc files for a working copy of this problem.
