Description:
I need a web based shopping, domain name registration and account/customer management system written in PHP or Perl with Mod_Perl with MySQL at the backend.

Security and system resources friendliness (speed) is very important.
I don't need fancy interface, simple HTML interface is fine. I want the backend.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
