Description:
What I need is an exact copy of this WYSIWYG editor which can be downloaded for free here:

Some changes
* On the main edit page a single global varialbe which will be pulled from the querysting for the file to be edited.
* I will need a FileContents variable which I should be able to manipulate.
*Only needs to work in IE
*No need for an open file feature since this editor should be launched from a link where the file name and path is supplied via a querystring.
* Should be stand alone.
* should have no references to any company or copyright. I will add that myself.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I have posted a similar bid and the coder backed out at the last minute do not accept this bid if you will not finish it. Do not accept bid for an amount that of money that you will not complete this at. If you back out on me I will give you a 1 (one) rating and a very harsh report.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
