Mark has done a simply outstanding job, if possible to give 11 points I would. His bid was very competitive, he worked quickly, incorporating new technologies to solve unforeseen problems (after submitting his bid), commmunicated effectively at all times, maintained high availability, and he had a great grasp of the project from the get-go. He made functional suggestions that were integrated into the final product. His code is well documented and confirms to standard coding practices. Code revisions arrived constantly throughout the development process for us to test and monitor the progress as the project moved towards completion. He has provided excellent post delivery support during the code transition. Mark was a great find for our project, and provided an excellent first time RAC experience -- I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly. |
