He is organised, a great communicator, very skilled, honest, and has been 100% positive about everything I have asked. He also adds great finishing touches to everything that he has done, which has surpassed my imagination and requirments (and my customers). He is also a gentleman, which goes a long way in my book, as he is such a pleasure to work with. My only problem has been that I cannot give Prashant responses and feedback as quickly as he returns the work.
