Description:
I currently have an Excel spreadsheet that is used for project scheduling of personnel.
I want the spreadsheet converted to a VB program that will store all data in an ACCESS database.
The spreadsheet has formulas that must be carried over into the VB application. The program must be setup on a server that can be shared so people can enter their scheduling requirements. It must be able to generate reports too.
Another feature is the ability to add and delete people by the Administrator.
Attached is a sample spreadsheet.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I have gone through the spreadsheet of the shedules of the persons. I will develop this software in MSaccess. It will contain the same functions as put in the spreadsheet, plus all other requirements suggested by you.Please mention your version of MSaccess, so that I can develop a demo.
