I'm currently working for a large software company that deals with any type of automated (custom) software. I'm currently a Programmer/Systems Analyst. I have had a lot of hands on experience with taking a project through its whole life cycle. A lot of my time is spent dealing with clients on and off site. I give them my professional opinion about applications that would help their business. We then go through creating their plan on paper (creating a functional spec) and finally I create the project. He was very attentive in listening to our needs for our application and made sure that the end product exactly met those needs. Though we ran into some bugs at the end of the project, we we're able to work through it and Albert did whatever it took to fix it and get our project completed.
