Resume:
I have a 1st class honours degree in Computer science and since graduating I have been working commercially for around 5 years. The 5 years commercial experience have mainly been with a gas management company where my main role as senior developer involved developing software used for managing gas flows in UK & European gas pipelines.Developed using Oracle 8i backend which incorporated PL-SQL, and usual 3 tier VB objects. MTS was used in most cases. ActiveX OCX, DLL & EXE's all used. XML used as a export/import document type using DOM and XLS.
ASP used for some of our projects, this included using in house ActiveX controls.
When you have been programming a while you tend to find it hard to remember what you know !
I have a excellent level of communication skills, in rent-a-coder this has got to be one of the most important aspects.

I appreciate the help he gave on this project. He provided full source code and examples before I ever accepted the bid. His low bid amount doesn&'t even cover all the time he spent answering my many questions. He is truly a good person to work with and I would strongly recommend him to all. |
