It is a great experience working for Jim, as I probably stated before.
The specifications are very clear which leaves little or no room to mistake.
This buyer understands when the coder doesn't know how to do something, and gives him some time to learn how. This has also been a great learning experience for me.

Jim is by far one of the best buyers to work for here at RAC. His technical knowledge is a big step forward to bringing the project to an higher quality level, and done much quickier than expected at first.
Jim was always ready to answer my questions whenever I had them, and hearing my suggestions when I had them.
